I'm trying to put the exhaust together on my 3800 swap and I'm looking help. Does anyone have a dimensioned drawing or Autocad file of the 2 bolt exhaust flange on the crossover pipe? I sure would appreciate it!

Additionally, what size tips should I use? I don't want it to look too ricey. I saw in an older thread that Golden put 3", dual tips on his. I'm using similar tips and have the option of 3" and 2 1/2". Anyone have any decent pictures of duals? Or, anyone have any perspective on 3" versus 2 1/2"?

There's a good chance that the 3 in. tips will scrape (exiting a driveway)your better off with the 2& 1\2in tips.
This (below)is supposed to work with a 3800 SC series II.

I got a big pile of flanges from my local exhaust shop. ZZP sells them if you ask nicely.

Thanks for the flange drawing! Exactly what I needed. I'm inclined to go with the 2 1/2"resonator tips rather than the 3" and am just trying to get others perspective.

Are those stock Corvette tips?
