First off I assume all 3 bolt flanges that have a 2.5" opening are the same size. Am I right? I was looking for gaskets and I am wondering, if I get a gasket with at 2.75" opening is that ok? If not I will order a different brand with a 2.5" opening.

well i dont know what you are doing. but
on my 350, if i got the blue metal wrapped ones, they would fail after 5,000 miles or so.
i got a slightly more expensive solid one that is about the same color as graphite, and it's held up for many years.

i think the biggest issues is you want the flanged parts to mesh with the doughnut
