this is the only site i have found that "claimed" bolt on. i even emailed them and asked specifically but i have never installed them so i wouldn't know first hand if they're telling the truth or not.
There has been a lot of threads come up on this subject in the past. A couple companies have tried to produce a direct bolt on kit but as of right now a good one does not exist. From the info I have gathered... The best kit is the Universal Decah kit. You will have to do some slight modifications and welding but at least they work.

Jimmy is correct. None of various companies make a direct bolt-on VDC kit for our Fiero and if they claim to advertise that they do, their lying. If I may add, the VDI Company too makes a universal VDC kit and has been used by Forum members. It's an upgraded version of DECAH's VDI universal kit with grease fittings and a reverse gas strut to prevent water or debris from entering the strut housing. The cost averages $650-$800 for the VDI kit. Decah usually has an end-of-the-year sell for around 1k or so (it maybe lower since I haven't checked in years).
WARNING: DON'T BE AN IDIOT. THERE IS NO DIRECT BOLT ON FIERO VDI KIT.

I will say it again... Get pretty much any set you want and drill teh holes where you need them.
I have done 3 cars, a '95 Neon, a '93 mustang convertable and a '87 Monte Carlo all using the cheapest damn kit i coudl find on ebay, they where all made for Honda Preludes or Accords or something... Paid like $250 shipped per set Only problem i ever had was on teh Monte the dorrs where a little heavy so i had to get stiffer shocks.
Go with VDS it's a division of VDI: http://verticaldoorsystem.com/ . Don't order online call them and ask for the heavy duty universal kit, I paid $600.00 for the set and had Archie install them. Your installer will have to make some modifications but it will work, there are at least 7 fieros on this fourm with this style door and working for years. Kits that work on other cars don't always work on the Fiero due to the front fender and wheel. Spend the extra $$ upfront and have peace of mind that your door will work with out issues seen on this forum with other kits.
