Anyone got some? I am porting up my intake and wanted to see pics of what and how he did it. I am sticking with the 52mm tb for now but I wanted to see what he did with the middle and upper plenums.

If you've already got the lower off, you ought to port that one, too.
There are some big restrictions.

I don't have the lower off, just the middle and upper. Dayum, how did he get it so smooth a pretty? Is it painted? Seem like you risk it flaking off. My neck is starting to look like his, so thats a good sign.

I'm pretty sure it's not painted. Just the natural aluminum color.
I'm not sure how he got it so smooth. He's an artist, though. I'm sure that he also has a wide variety of tools at his disposal.

bead blaster! or a stick with sandpaper on the end, stuck inside of a dremel or diegrinder

Hmm I don't have a bead blaster, we will have to see, mine is coming out pretty well, not as good looking as Darrells but the flow will be near his.
