I could make you a nose like that for around $3500. Would require modifying a stock nose to that shape, pulling a mold off of it, & making a part out of the mold. Take probably 100 hours or more. Price does not include the lights or light covers. This is just to let you know how much time & money goes into making molds for custom parts. ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"

I don`t think that filling in the holes would be too bad. Just cut the material you need out of a junk nose and start shaping. I am redoing an Aero nose on my car because I want to stick with plastic instead of using fiberglass and this stuff I`m using, Evercoat Fibertech really sticks. It helps to drill a few holes to help it hold better on a flat surface but I am really pleased with the way it seems to hold up. I guess when I get my car painted and see how it lasts with steady vibration and speed bumps and I will report later how it has held up.

Thanks Isaw your currently looks really good. Let me know how it holds up. I'm thinking about starting from scrat with so big blocks of foam. I talked with black4.9 (dad) and he sayed it would be under 500 prob. a lot of time though lucky I have more of that then money lol
Notice my figure does not add up to what you would normaly pay for 'glass work. To make the mold then a part, you're looking at $500 in materials. Normally you would pay ~$45 an hour (minimum) for fiberglass work. Regular bodywork is ~$35 an hour (or was; I hope it's gone up since I last worked for someone else). To do the job yourself using the original nose, you'll need to find other peices in the shape(s) you want made of the same or similar materials (RIM), & use a bonding agent made for RIM to glue it all together. Overall hard to work with & expensive. When you're through, you'll have a peice that most likely will not hold up to every day driving. That's after spending AT LEAST 50 hours & probably 100. Check for my posts regarding repair of bumpers for more directions. Good luck & have fun. ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"

it would be way easier if you found a similar nose, cut and trimmed the nose you got and the new nose, bonded them together, smothed it all out, and used that part as a mold

Body work is about $55 an hour here now. Very reputable high end shops are charging $70 an hour, and to have fiberglass work done (which sucks ass), will cost even more. Now i dont think it will take 100 hours to do, but having something like this made one off will cost you more than your car is worth most likely. Best bet is to find a design lots of Fiero owners like, have it made and make them to sell. At least recoup your investment, and maybe make a few bucks.

Old RX7s have front bumpers similar in shape and size to the fiero. To make that nose right you would need a real 911 Turbo/911C4S/911SE front bumper which would be several hundred alone.

Your red bumper idea looks nice but I would not trade it for your signature bumper which looks awesome. Goes good with your headlight. Maybe change the headlight to round.
Fieroware house lip on PFF bonzo.
Here is an idea ala M1 that someone photo chop a while back.

it is not ricey to me this is clearly a new porsche suv bumper get one used an pull a quicky mold no gelcoat an then pull one of the fiero an make parts from both an graft them together ,let the owner get the parts then charge to make an mate the two pieces together this way the overall investment is on the designer not the builder an if you are not will to get the orginal 2 bumpers then cancel this project , I DO LIKE IT MYSELF

The problem is that no matter how you styled a nose, there will only be so many that like & want it. Even at $500 each you'd have to sell a LOT of them to cover the cost of R&D & moldmaking. ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver"
You go into the bathroom American & come out American - what are you while you're in there? ..... ..... > Yur-a-pee'in
here is a nice tilt front for around 2000 but it doesent look much differant than stock. if any one is going to make a new front end and want to know what style to use go tunner there isnt one avalible for the fiero.
I know what the center vent is for but what are you doing with all that air from the two at the side? Unless its ducted somewhere its all going to just build up under the front end.
