If you purchase this unit and it stops working down the road (all moving parts fail with time) what would you do for replacement parts?

You reverse engineer it first, have spares built, and install it.

Only after you win the lottery though.

I doubt whoever wins it would actually use it. Too much of a collectors item.

First you replicate it, then invent time travel and go back to 1988 and install one in every Fiero as it's leaving the factory. That's what I would do.
