I knew that motor was rocking around but dang! The rear tranny mount "bracket" is in four peices! The front one is broken as well but at the mount. I don't think there is enough of the rear one to weld up (as thin as the thing is anyway).
Anybody got any ideas? The parts stores just have the lower section of the mount.
Anyone ever find these mount brackets new anywhere?
I looked at Rodney's site but I didn't see any brackets, just the bottom mounts. I'll go check again though. I think I will end up just driving it with a front mount until I find the rear bracket.
I onlt have the steel brackets for the Getrag 5 speeds. Mainly because of people using FWD Getrags. I have not seen much need for the other 4 speed and Isuzu 5 speed brackets as they are still somewhat easy to find good used.

For the replacement brackets, post a "wanted" ad in the mall.
If nobody has them (which will really surprise me) call the Fiero Factory and tell them what you need. www.thefierofactory.com. I needed the same brackets for an Isuzu tranny, and they had them to me in a couple of days.
