Anyone have any idea what the weight of the TH-125 transmission is? I'm curious to know before I get into my automatic-to-manual swap.

The TH-125 weighs 125 lbs dry. (no fluid, no torque converter) I have had some shipped and I have shipped some. That weight does not include the shipping container.
The 4-spd weighs around 72 lbs and the getrag is 78 lbs dry. (No oil, no clutch)
Don't know how much the Isuzu or the G6 6-spd weighs but I would guess the Isuzu is around 75 lbs and the 6-spd is probably in the 80-90 lbs range.

The 6 speed must be very close to the TH125 as I can barely lift any of them. The getrag do feel like 50lbs lighter compared to both of them. I'll try to weight my 6 speed and see what it gives.

my 4t65e-hd weighs 192LBS. Thats the GTP transmission.

The 4t60's commonly put into fieros weigh in the range of 170 if I recall.

Did your 6 speed had the clutch or not? Was it dry?

No clutch. I don't know if it is dry or not. Do they come filled new? Here is a picture of how it compares to the Getrag. Will have a better picture when I remove the Getrag from the engine (hopefully this weekend).
