Try checking the iac, tps, vacum leaks, in hoses & exhaust manifolds before the 02, fuel pressure, cts, mat, map, 02 sensor, is the car coding anything? The manifolds do get red, they may get there a little quicker if you have a vac leak or high idle--but they do glow..

ive noticed that the fuel pressure is only there when your turning it over but if your not turning it over then there is no pressure but i cant get no rpm out of it at all and she pops iac ive tryed replaceing it and its the same
Did you or anyone else try to set the ignition timing? If so, they may have messed it up. You need to unscrew the cover plate around the cigarette lighter and ground out the diagnostic pin of the connector inside. Then you can check/set the ignition timing. If you don't the timing will be 30 degrees off or so, enough to make the engine idle poorly and not run above that.

If your FP checks out I'd almost garantee you it's your catalatic converter. It's clogged. I've had this happen twice. If you can't get it replaced right away, at least cut out the cat and put a test pipe in. You can verify by taking it to midas or something and have them do a backpressure test through your o2 sensor bung.
Let us know what works out.

If it is leaning out, then you really should be looking at some scans of the computer to see what the sensors are telling the ecu. Look into getting a laptop or somthing that can scan the engine data.

This is a real good idea, you can get a cable here or from strat110 (memeber) or build one.
