I have a GOOD running 3.1 from a 92 Eurosport.......including engine harness and computer......

I want to put it in a 1988 Fiero automatic.

I already got the mechanical problems figured out.......

SO MY QUESTION IS.............. Is the electrical part just a matter of plug and play???

Nope, not plug and play. Im using a 92 3.1L computer and harness on my current swap, and I spent some time wiring.

You are going to have to make alot of changes to get the wiring to work right. You have a few options I know, but I dont know much about each so I will let Darth comment on this one.

I might be doing the same with my parts fiero soon, out of a 94 beretta Z26, and I might even keep the 4t60 thats in it. I know it would make Darth proud if I did.
