Im looking for air intake ideas to fit on a 2 barrel carb....I would like fresh outside cool air without worring about rain but Im open to all your ideas...And yes this is a repost...I guess Im not sure where it belongs...

Hey Windsweptfiero, I like your priorities.

I ordered the Holley 2300 rebuild from Holley. It came jetted, shootered, and cammed ready for a 350 sbc.

Mine is the 350 cfm, little brother to yours.

You probably will have a carb there that will handle 350hp nicely. The Holley is a flat track racing carb and is set up fairly aggressively. The rebuilds no longer have choke and I had to salvage a butterfly assembly off a dead 4160.

The guy to ask though for your 4.9 is Mastertuner Akimoto. He knows this subject backwards and forwards.
