Short and sweet:

I put my throwout bearing on without filling 'er up with grease. It seemed to be pre-oiled from the manufaturer, there wasn't a ton of lube in there but it was 'wet' and spun nicely. Haven't had any problems, but I am curious to find out if I made a mistake. Will it explode faster than if I had greased it up?

Thanks dudes.

Funk

Hello, maybe I have never done it right, but Ive never lubed up the throw out bearing by packing it with grease seems like under heat it would flow out onto the disc. thanks Norm

Every Fiero throwout bearing I've ever come across is a lubed sealed unit, you don't do anything but install it.

The manual doesn't even list a lubricant for the TOB on TOB sleeve...

The factory service manual calls for lube on the inside of the sleeve, and the groove that the fork pins ride in should be packed full.
