Not on anyone's car, BUT there was a twin turbo 2.8 made that hit 750. Way too big to slap into a Fiero though, you'd need extensive manifold rerouting. Try doing a search for it, there was a thread on it not too long ago.

There is/was a certain Datsun 510 that had a seriously tricked out twin turbo 2.8 in it. I'm not sure of the numbers, but they said that it'd go from 50-90 in like 2 seconds - in top gear.

One of the American can makers has a 1000hp 4cyl to race the imports with.
A few months back in Hot Rod mag. So, 750 w/6cyl why not. Fitting in a Fiero stock bay, hmmmm.
John
there is a drastic difference between a brand new DOHC 4 cyl that's spinning upwards of 10,000 RPM and a 20 year old small displacement v6 that wasn't meant to be built for those kinds of numbers.
that, and a 1000 HP 4 cyl, will not exactly be streetable

To pull those numbers from a basically low rev eng with a bottom end probably no where near strong enough, sounds like some creative manipulation of dyno numbers. Though with lots of boost, water injection and or NOS, plus other mods, who knows, you might get for a few seconds before she blows up?
