I have an 88 notch with a 2.5 in it the 2.5 is running like crap but i may be able to get a strong 3.1 , so no i need some info on how much of a pain this swap would be. will the 3.1 bolt to the 2.5 stock auto tranny?? how much will i have to change motor mounts and of course the computer and wiring how hard will it be to do this swap if i have all the wiring the computer and the tranny out of the camaro ( donor car hit it rear end hard) along with the 2.5's tranny

For the same price for a 3.1L you can slap in a 3.4L with more horsepower for the same price.
