I found what I think are vac line fittings unhooked, looks like they go to the cruise control. Where do they hook up to?

they dont go to anything. If you look at them strait on they are actually blocked off inside. I think those might be used on other set ups as that is probably the same part in other GM cars that have cruise.

The top one is actually missing the little foam filter that goes over it. You can still see the retention clip. The lower one doesn't have anything that goes on it.

A small filter goes on the top nipple, they're still available from GM for less than a buck. The bottom nipple is plugged.
