Has anyone bought these and tried them on a stock 2.8. Worth the cost? Or build up your heads on your own? What parts do you suggest that would be in the same price range?
How much does it cost just to have the stock 2.8 throttle body opened up.?

The Fiero Store Throttle Body is of very poor workmanship. They only bore them out to 55mm. (had one and it caused too many problems)
Click on the Parts Vendor link at the bottom of the page and scroll down until you see Darrell Morse.
He charges less money, ($130.00) Bores out the throttle body to 57mm, and ports your upper plenum to match.

See this thread: https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum4/HTML/018916.html

As for heads, I had both of mine redone with a full port/polish, 5-angle valve job, new seals, locks, retainers, and springs for $350. With the poor workmanship I saw on their throttle body, I would not trust the workmanship of their heads.

The Fiero store performance heads are just heads with performance parts in them, they are not ported or polished. You would be better off getting the parts and doing your own heads, it also would be cheaper to do it this way.

I second what Oreif said regarding the TB. I've never seen the Fiero Store's TB, but I own one of Darrell Morse's.
Top notch product!
