Yes it just started and we have it timed, but the blow off valve flows air constantly resulting in no boost. What could cause this?

actually using one that came with the kit and no adjustments are present. seems pretty generic.

or is it supposed to dump all boost at idle? i didnt hit the throttle yet.

BOV's close the instant the vaccum drops to near atm pressure They open whenever there is vaccum on the manifold side of the throttle body. (like when you snap the throttle shut)

It is suppose to vent at idle, since the throttle body is shut. When you begin to accelerate the BOV will close and boost will build. Good Luck.
