For those of you that know the spring rates you are using, whether regular springs or coil-overs... what spring rates do you prefer for the front and rear? If possible, please respond by listing the applicable spring rate (front and rear), whether regular springs or coilover, and the type of driving your for which your application was intended; e.g. street/cruising, street/performance, high performance, or pure performance/race. Thanks.

My rally car:

200 lb/in springs rear
450 lb/in springs front
no sway bars either end

The handling balance is neutral but the car is too soft for the roads I race on. If I were going to continue rallying this car I'd go up 50% on spring rates and see how that worked.

Anybody want to buy an '85 GT rally car?
