I need to know what i need to convert the VSS signal so that i can use a manual with the OBD II wiring.

Well, you need some way to multiply the VSS counts up. Dakota makes a box that should do it for you.

It's been a while since I've been at your l67swap website, man.

Do what I did for my conversion, and forget about the VSS. You're using a manual trans, right? Use the stock VSS for the fiero manual, run it to the speedometer (or leave it alone, because it already runs there.) The OBDII doesn't need to know how fast it's going.
