And one last idea, any of the performance divisions of the major auto manufacturers. Its a slight chance but they migh just be able to pitch a project easier when they don't have to justify the cost of R&D for a high performance reliable manual tranny.

i second this, they could use it as a selling point "..... powered by a (insert engine here) and a 6 spd. DCOV transmission that'll take anything you can dish out."

I'll forward this onto j-body.org. Those die hard Cavalier fellas would kill to have this. Thing is, it would work for all 94 and under j-body cars with getrags, because they have the same getrag as us Fiero guys. Just ask bryson. He went with a Quad 4, but was still able to use the stock tranny mounts.

May be a good idea to check out the Ford Escort crowds. 6-speed squential + rally tuned Escort = SCCA and Speedchannel = $$$$$

I seriously think that if you brought this to GM, they'd be interested, ESPECIALLY Bob Lutz. He's a real car guy, and now he's in charge of GM (well, maybe 2nd or 3rd from top, but you get the drift).

DKOV could be the next Getrag. Hell, I'd buy it if I were GM.

1994 Chevy S-10 4.3, it's finally here, and it is gorgeous!
