The door handle should not be too bad, I'll suggest getting the Chilton manual. You'll need not remove the door panell and the rest should be pretty straight forward.
The door hinge, depends on how bad they are, if is just the pins and bushings is not bad, but if the pins have "oblong" (spelling?) the hinge, you would need to drill the hinge and put a "bushing" there, like the inner part of the hinge. Then you would have 4 bushings per hinge not 2. I had to do that to my drivers door which was pretty bad but now it closes perfect. BTW for the hinge repair I had to take off my door to be able to remove the upper hinge.
Be really carefull if you remove the door, because it's much heavier than it looks.
