To carb a 2.8L all you need is the Edelbrock Manifold, Holley 390 4-bbl carb, and a distributor from a 1984 S-10. Swap in a 4-cyl Fiero fuel pump and a regulator. Then just select the cam you want, install all, Turn key and your done.

Turbo would require you to send the carb out to be modified to a "blow-thru" carb. If you want boost, Fageol does make a supercharger for the 60* V-6, It has pulley's for 5, 7, and 9psi. As for overboost, there are pressure releif valves that were used on SC and turbo engines before ECM's.
