Not very hard. Jack the front up and remove the wheels. Take out the front inner wheel wells. Take off the front side marker lights and remove the attaching screws. From underneith, remove all the attaching screws - there are about 10 I think. Take off the hood. From the top, remove the torx screws from the metal rail. The whole thing should come right off. It takes a bit of patience to get it back on though. It's a lot easier if you have someone helping you.
