I am searching for a Selector cable for a 88 GT 5 speed. I know Rodney Dickman sells then but I have seen numerous people posting that they had bought them at AutoZone for $50-60. I just checked Advance and Autozone in my area and they say that they don't carry them.

What I am wondering is the Selector cable the same for the 85-87 Fiero's. I am thinking that they do not list the 88 in their computer's (it's happen to me before).
If not I guess I will have to drop the $120 for one from Rodney.

Thanks for the help.

California Push-Pull (http://www.push-pull.com/) has an excellent select cable. You can contact their sales manager, Frank Bemposto, direct at frank@push-pull.com. I have one in my '88 GT. It is $95 and comes with a heat shield. Ed Parks uses them, too. Nice stuff and good service.
