After rebuild it has no power during acceleration. It is hard to stop also. When in park, ideal is 1400rpm, when in drive it is 800rpm. If you leave it in drive for 5 seconds, it will die.

The vacuum is at 5 inches when in drive and the ideal is at 800rpm, and increases up to 20 inches when in drive and accelerated up to 2000rpm.

Could it be a vacuum leak causing this, fuel pump, ECM.

Was your vacuum reading about the same as mine, or was it just a low vacuum all the time. Can you give me some more symptoms of your issue?

Sounds like you got a bad Vac. leak.
Vac. should be around 19 or 20 at idle and running down the road at steady 45 MPH should read about the same as idle.
