How do you short out the EGR valve connector so I don't pull codes? by Sootah

I broke the vacuum hoses that go the the EGR solenoid. I've no intention of installing the solenoid again, so what is the proper way to make the code stop?

I heard you jump pins B and C. (I assume these are the middle 2) Is this correct?

I did not jump the pins on the connector. The easy way is ----- you have two small black wires pluged into the Solenoid right above the two vacuum lines these have spade terminals and will pull out. they go to the vacuum switch, when there is vacuum these two wires make up and make the ECM think it is getting vacuum. so pull these wires out and connect them together and that is it . no more code 32.
