Greetings,

I am thinking of making a project Fiero that will be a full time roaster. My question, I know others have asked, does anyone have any blue prints and/or diagrams of unibody bracing that would give the body strength. I would prefer if they could bolt on so you could remove to do under body work.

Regards,
DARKWING

I know there are at least 2 people making the X reinforcement that bolts on. Someone will come up with the names for you here soon. If I remember they run about $500 for the kit.

Just happen to run into one http://www.b-bspyder.com/FieroConvertibles.html

Greetings,
Thanks for your replies. What I am looking for is the blueprints and/or diagrams. I have a friend that is a professional welder.

Thanks,

I built a frame using that pattern and was unhappy with it. After boxing in the b-pillars it stiffened up more than the new frame work. Ed Parks has a set of frame reenforcments that I like even better. Not only that but they install on the inside of the interior. Never in the way. Consists of approx. 3" angle iron that extends from the rear b pillar up to the front a pillar. Now if I can only find the pictures. Mark

A subframe for a roaster might be hard to come by. For a roadster, I like the Warlock type, adapted by Bill Welch. His link is above. Well proven design.
