I found a pair of charcoal colored seats from 92 grand am in great shape-$60 for the pair. I need to know if they are a pretty easy fit before I buy them. Anybody use this swap before??

yes it will work. You can use the stock Fiero seat rail too. Just unbolt the rails from the Grand Am seats and bolt on the Fiero one. That way you don't have to modify anything. Good luck

Thanks, i knew some had used grand am seats, from looking at the archives, I just wanted to be sure 92 seats would fit. SO TIRED of looking at that metal rod on the bolster of my old drivers seat .

I guess I should ask since I've never bought any seats,--Is this ($60) a fair price, for real clean seats, no rips or holes?

The going rate around my area for seats is $25-$30 per seat at the local wrecking yards so I'd say you're getting a fair price.
