I don't know about a turbo Citation, but you can get a good turbo for a Fiero for any amount you are willing to pay. $1-$4K.

GM produced one turbocharged Citation called the Turbo 660. There were a few knock-offs made, but no mass production.

IHI in a blow-through system with alcohol/water injection.

Worked at the Willow Run Plant (on the engine line) that made the Citation from 1980 - 1985. The sporty version was a 2.8 X-11. We never build a turbo unit. Not even one as a special unit. Must have been a job shop that did one.

I owned a gazillion X-11's at one time. Used to be my Fiero addiction.

The Turbo 660 and the X-11 itself was GM's Jon Hienracy's creation. The knock-off's (something like 20) were some So. Cal. company's work. I saw one at O'Hare in the late 80's. I talked with Jon at length about the 660 and the X-11. Interesting story to that car. They have a following like the Fiero.
