Does anyone know of any companies that make
replacement exhaust manifold bolts? I have a
'88 2.5 coupe that had a cracked manifold. I
read that these bolts should not be reused (In all honesty I bitched the bolt heads up pretty badly during the manifold removal process). Thanks to all for your time and help.

Saturn!
part number 21006951, for the manifold studs.

for the flange nuts, try one of these part numbers: 11501889, or 2609, or 7036

you will need 12 studs and 15 nuts to do the whole car (v6).

they are much cheaper, and better quality than pontiac's!

in case your worried, this info came to me straight fromthe horse's mouth (Ed Parks) and i have used them on my car!

good luck!

Try your local home improvement store (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.) They usually have a section of automotive fasteners in with their others. I got some replacment stainless steel bolts for my exhaust pipes from there. I got the spring exhaust bolts from NAPA.

ya, Fiero must have used the lowest grade exhaust bolts they could find. I havent used the saturn studs with flange bolts but i guess theyre grade 6 or 8. I like stainless myself, never rust, very tough. Also use an anti-sieze compound for assembly.
