I stumbled upon an 85 se with a 5 speed the other day. Took one look at the engine and saw this HUGE header. This sucker has probably 1 1/2- 1 5/8 primarys that must each be 3-4 feet long, that come to a collector thats probably 6-8 inches long. I was told this was a competition header that hooker used to sell. Anyone know what i'm talking about? What's it worth to someone out there?

That is the Hooker Tri-Y header built originally for the 2.5L racing engines and SD4 engines. The 2.5L was the GM mainstay of their 4cyl racing program during the early to late 80's. I don't think Hooker makes them any more. As for value I honestly don't know. But Holley stopped making the side scoop and they bring in 5-6 times there original cost on Ebay!
