The only thing he was wearing was a very small turqoise pair of pants... (if you could even call it that). It was like if you took a pair of tighty-whiteys and made them out of sheer fabric. Every time the guy would swing one of his legs back as he skated, his entire crotch area would swing to the left and to the right.
