Yahoo and the lies... (Page 1/3)

You heard it here first folks, the Red states are the money leaches of the United States. And yes, I actually do follow the rabbit hole, even when it leads here.

Clear as mud. Akin to a Threedog link.

Red States get more federal spending and pay less in federal tax when compared to blue states.

I pay WAY more in taxes than you.

If I am wrong here in this thread, so be it. Not worth it for me to spend the time when I pay an accountant to do this for me. I can use my time more wisely. You should to.

This is the most passive aggressive "I am wrong" I may have ever heard.

What KIND of funding, though ? The pattern here is conservative area tend to get more business-related that creates jobs and employment and infrastructure and goods and services, while liberal areas suck it up for "arts and humanities" that creates nothing but a bigger black hole.

So, the ACTUAL DOZENS of threads that you leave hanging are OK?

My gawd kid, I answered back even. Should I talk like "ya'll." Take your supposed victory, celebrate it, then MTFO. Or, take this thread and run with it. Post facts and make it grow.

I am emotionally unaffected by you. I find more solace in the life I have created around me. Please do not take my conversations with you as anything more than this fodder on this forum.

The Devil is in the details.

It would be informative to see credit/debit information.

I agree. Not now, but I will follow the rabbit in a day or two. Post it notes and all.

HERE is the list of these AP "fact check" articles: https://apnews.com/APFactCheck

As with nearly all Threepup "facts" it's quickly obvious that these so-called "fact checks" are instead a compendium of differing OPINIONS

A majority of them now demonstrably WRONG.

Our resident young Marxist high school teacher is unable to discern fact from opinion, and is unable to objectively evaluate data, but then that is common with leftists.

It is also informative to know where this stuff comes from because that is where the devil is usually hiding.

Threepup's "fact check" article claims to rely solely on information from the "Rockefeller Institute of Government".

The "AP fact check" article, unsurprisingly, fails to cite WHAT article from them.

That is unsurprising because the "AP fact check" article author is himself a leftist with a long history of mendacity in his journalism propaganda:

https://www.newsbusters.org...s/stephen-ohlemacher

Checking the "Rockefeller Institute of Government", their articles on this topic don't specify precisely where their numbers come from or their methodology.

Their website says:

"The Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government is a public policy think tank founded in 1981 that conducts cutting-edge research and analysis to inform lasting solutions to the problems facing New York State and the nation."

Their staff is overwhelmingly a gaggle of New York lefties from Albany College: https://rockinst.org/about-us/
