Judge Releases 5 Suspects In Extremist Compound (Page 1/1)

Just Freaking UnBelieveable!!!

A state judge has denied a request by prosecutors to keep in jail the two men and three women who were arrested during a raid at a New Mexico compound as they await trial on child abuse charges.

The decision came Monday evening after a lengthy hearing in Taos during which prosecutors said the five defendants were preparing for a dangerous anti-government mission.

They presented evidence of the firearms training done by Siraj Ibn Wahhaj (see-DAHJ' wah-HAJ') and described a compound fortified by old tires and wooden pallets.

Judge Sarah Backus said although she was concerned by "troubling facts," prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community.

She set a $20,000 bond for each and ordered that they wear ankle monitors and have weekly contact with their attorneys.

And they were only charged with child abuse. What about the remains of that little boy whom the kids said died back in February at the hands of these people? Maybe it's because he died while the Quran was being read to him exorcize deamons that no one is charged.

I have been following this. I am unbelievably disturbed hearing of this. The Plastic Media has been so silent about this, but Ommarossa.

A child's body was found in a shallow grave. Put there by one of these immigrants. I need not go farther.

Thank a good person. They are becoming far and few between.

A malnourished child was found in a shallow grave.

I heard about this on a Fox Newsfeed, then on Daily Wire. None of the others mentioned it and like you said, Omarosa and the New York Socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are the major subjects.

It is difficult to wrap my brain around this?

I wish that news is reported, and not opinionated.

There is soooo much bad out there. My Son and I gave a small basket of vegetables from our garden to "Paul" that owns the gas station we use. He is an Indian Sikh. I mention this because he is not like me, yet him and I get along so very well. Even his father is a whoot to talk with. Heck, his family is great. I asked the boy who we should give to next, and he mentioned "Paul".

Last evening him and I took a ride down the Palouse. Wheat fields from horizon to horizon. We pulled over to brush our hands over the grass, do some learning about wheat, and just breath. (Albeit with extreme smoke conditions here.)

I was not sure where to put this? Figured that I would mess with disgust a bit. I may go out and do this professionally from now on. Disturb the disgusting.

The judge is getting death threats now. It's turned very ugly quickly.

Also, nobody has been released yet. At least as of yesterday.
I can't see how any Judge would release any of them, after finding a dead child in their back yard? Should be some type of investigation before they let them go?
And what about gun laws? Have any of those been violated? Child neglect?
This seems like a pure and simple liberal Judge who thinks she is god, and is reacting to Trump imigration policy. This is her way of saying "screw you".

They were released. They are on House Arrest, wearing a monitoring device. They aren't in jail. At least according to reports I've seen and heard. The little boy whose remains they found is a missing child from Georgia and his father is one of those that was running the training camp. I think his mother was in the camp, too.

Different judge and locale, but here in Atlanta, another judge released an 18 or 19 year old young man who had been arrested 54 times for violent crimes, most of them involving guns, and while he was in custody was running a violent gang. He was released and within a day or two, killed a little boy. I believe the judge in that case is receiving threats.

Even with those actions, the judges shouldn't be receiving death threats. Hope they catch the persons. I wonder if they went before the judges they threatened, if they would get released. Probably not. People caught with marijuana get stronger jail time than killers.

I just saw that three of the suspects, two women and 1 man, are to be released from jail on bond, so I was wrong. Previous reports said at least some of them were on house arrest.
