I know a place that might have it in stock.

However, I'm still looking for a new set of '88 REAR Koni shocks.

If you can't find Koni 8040-1092 for the fronts, I bought a 8040 series for a Corvette and had Performance Shock shorten and re-valve it. This was a good solution for much stiffer (~650 lbs) front springs with a 1" lowering. My total cost was $515 for the shocks and modifications.

The place I mentioned earlier, got back to me, saying they still have it in stock.

It's $180 each. Interested?

I'd appreciate if you could let me know if you know anyone that have new rear Koni shocks for sale.

Yes, I'd be interested. Please PM me contact details, or post here if easier. Thank you.

I haven't heard anything on rear. I checked with my guy at Tire Rack, Jegs, Summit. No luck. I have a note out to Koni and am awaiting a reply.
