I don't have door skins but have a hood if your interested. You should try madmechanics you will have a better chance for what you are looking for.

I was wondering if this kit needed a special hood.
Here is most of what I have. Save a very warped decklid. And a mold for the underside of that decklid. But I am also going to need louvers as well I guess. At least. Have a pic/price of the hood?
This is a shot of the parts I have next to a different car than they are going on.

Here is the door skin I have: https://flic.kr/p/SzrnL9
And just the nose.

Looks like a good score. Any pics of the back? That would give a better feel on whether it's a Mera clone.
The kits typically don't need a special hood, but it is part of the whole kit. There is a panel that is typically bonded to the Fiero hood.
For the door, try Doug at Fiero warehouse. He may have what you need. If not, EVMRob would have it, if you can locate him.

Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't grab a pic of the rear of the rear yet - I think there is a filler panel missing there too. Funny that you are in Shelby two, I just drove to Romeo twice to get all this stuff.

Yea, small world. I had no idea there were panels so close.
Now, I'm not usually a conspiracy person, but with the close proximity to Capac and the original Meras, I wonder who's panels you actually got?

Hard to know. I also got some large Ferrari style panels that are designed to go on Firebirds. Some of those are marked 1990. And I got a few hatches and the molds from a fiberglass hatch panel for an F body (which is the kind I put on my GTA) that I know C&C used to make. I guess the guy's uncle put all these parts in his field about a decade ago and just decided to get rid of them. Wish the molds for the 308 style kit were there. The molds that were there, for the F body parts, were pretty professionally made.
These are all the photos I've taken of the adventure so far: https://www.flickr.com/phot...ms/72157679597528180

Looks like quite the stash.
I used to be into 3rd gen f-bodys, but I don't recognize those panels. I've seen the notchback for the Firebird before, but that's it. Beautiful GTA, BTW.
The mold looks to be the bottom of the rear decklid for the 308, although an f-body one would look similar.
Post over in the Mera thread and see if the panels can be identified for sure. I'm pretty sure they would be interested if they were.
If you need any advice on putting it together, let me know.

That looks like a Fiero kit not firebird next to Fiero but it looks like you have both in last photo updates that's a firebird kit I think. The Fiero kit does requires special hood. It normal comes with a hood skin and headlight louvers that get molded to oem Fiero parts. I have complete hood with headlight doors if your interested shoot me an offer. I posted pic as you can see its thicker other than that you would need to make side vents easy out of metal instead of fiberglass ones that come with kit and make a rear hood

Thanks for the comments and advice.
I had the exact same hatch on the GTA I had in the 90s. I have kind of a thing for it; I already had a 'back up' hatch before I even got the stash, two from the stash, and now the mold Here is what it looks like, installed on my current green 91 GTA right after it was painted. https://flic.kr/p/cjJLr7 Here is what the one I had in the 90s looked like, on the 91 GTA I had back then https://flic.kr/p/8LaNr It had 'louvers' on it - which I have never found on a used hatch since. Which is fine - the whole thing makes no sense on a front engined car. At some point I will CNC mill some interesting insert for it so that it won't hold water after a car wash.
I'm going to pull the Ferrari stuff that looks like it's for an F body out as soon as the weather gets a little better and lay it next to one of the Trans Ams to make sure – but its proportions seem wrong for Fiero – and the position of the gas inlet is the biggest thing leading me to think it is not for a Fiero.
Might be interested in the hood, will PM you.[This message has been edited by philrenato (edited 03-12-2017).]
