So about things done:

Here is about process of door panels

To start building new door panels, first I made base panel. It's made from aluminum and fasten on bolts and clips.

Since base panel were done, I began to draw main design lines on it, and model design lines with thick wire.

Next I made from aluminum base panels for door panel elements like armrest, upper pad etc.

When all base panels were done, I start to make elements of doors.

I spend a lot of time thinking about armrest design and door handle. Was think about to use some other handle, but decided to not increase complications, and invented design of pad, that will cover stock handle. Armrest design was very complicated thing, by the reason of it must be joint with front panel, be comfortable, and be available to covered with some material. And at all it must be beautiful and compatible with interior and exterior design.

Elements was made from hard foam sheets glued to aluminum base.

Began with armrest.

Next upper panel.

And then door handle pad.

Also made of cardboard paper test panel for door lock and mirror switch.

When all pads where done, I started to cut and grinding them.

Note, at these pictures armrest cut is not finished. So, final form of design will be at next post.

Made from stainless steel reinforcement element for door closing handle.

After long time mind search for armrest design, found good idea.

Sanding and grinding surfaces to made right fit and prepare to fiberglass lamination:
