I have no vacuum coming or going from my EGR Solenoid or the EGR valve, my EGR solenoid is toast?
Gall757 JUN 04, 11:30 AM
It could be working perfectly. Do you have a code 32?
M.aaron80 JUN 04, 11:33 AM
Yes I have code 32 and my mpg is really terrible
Gall757 JUN 04, 11:41 AM
Any other codes? 15 or 45 maybe?
M.aaron80 JUN 04, 11:44 AM
No, only code 32

EGR line never sees Vacuum at idle even when the solenoid works.
Engine to the Solenoid may not have vac all the time. FSM says TB port to that is a Ported hole in the TB that may block vac at idle.

32 code is when the solenoid or switch in it doesn't work.
Might be able to fix a bad solenoid assem. use search.

Have you considered a EGR delete? I've only just been looking at doing this and the two plates that cover the holes left behind when you remove the EGR look dead simple to make (or buy on ebay) what i haven't found is will the ECM do anything besides give a error code like will it negatively effect the performance.
