Welcome to the Forum! Got any codes?

14 years is a long time for an injector to sit. It could easily have varnish and residue inside.

Another Welcome. Your problem with stalling may be the Torque Converter Control (TCC) switch is or has failed. Look on the front wall of the transmission for a wiring harness that plugs in. It will be horizontal, pointing toward the drivers butt. Unplug it to see if your symptoms go away. If it does, your TCC switch needs to be replaced. When it fails completely, pulling it into gear is like dumping the clutch on a manual trans car while it's idling.

Ok ill give it a try the injector looks to be working good but the timing was off some which helped a little but not much now that i have drove it more there is kind of a sweet spot were u wont just stall it out in the pedal but can slowly accelerate but its a fine line

Are you jumpering the two lower passenger side terminals of the ALDL while you're setting timing? If not, your timing will be way off.

You mention a new fuel pump and if you did put one in this does not apply. It is a common problem for the rubber tube that connects the fuel pump to the fuel line will rot out after a while. It will develop holes. To tell if this is your problem, take the air cleaner off and let the car idle. Look at the spray pattern in the throttle body as you rev the engine by hand using the linkage. If the spray gets smaller instead of larger as you increase the revs, you have a bad tube inside the tank.

I just went through this, but with an automatic GT V6. Check your transmission fluid. Best thing is to automatically replace the filter and fluid in it before trying to make it go in gear. I just did mine and it is working great now. When I put it in gear, it doesn't stall anymore and no leaks or anything. I think maybe the internal shifiting fluidics/hydrolics were stuck from the old fluid.

This may help you understand what I am talking about in my previous post.
