Center Console Radio and gauges (Page 1/1)
OntarioKev JAN 12, 09:28 PM
So roughly a year and a half ago I completely disassembled the center console/radio/vents/gauges as I was changing the shifter, running new throttle cable, and other misc crap.

Fast forward to now and I can't remember how to put it back together.

Can anyone remind me the order things go back in? I know that plastic under skin is first, but I am lost after that...

Any help would be appreciated.

Start at the bottom and work your way up.

Install Plastic Skeleton #38, and attach the side panels #27 with push fasteners #22.
Then attach carpet along edge of Skeleton #38 and #27 panels with carpet clips #25.
Install Reinforcement bracket #37 that holds the skeleton to the dash.
Install A/C-Heater controls #30/40
Install Radio #42 (optional subwoofer would be under passenger side dash)
Install Aux. Gauges 23/24/26 and connect wiring harness #39 (leave screws loose at this point for movement)
Install Radio/Heater surround #28 - THEN tighten Aux Gauges cluster screws
Install trim panel #28
Install Center Console/Glovebox/Cigarette Lighter on rear firewall.
Install shifter surround and ashtrays.
