Do you have a haynes manual? I’m not sure about the thread sizes myself; but the haynes manual might be a good start. Although, the threads may be tapered, just like the brake system.

What’s the purpose of the change?

my threads on the fuel lines themselves are gettting bad and probably should be replaced and i thought mine as well try to get some braided steel lines that look really nice instead of a 30+ year old fuel line with the coating comeing off if i cant get the thread size ill just pick up some stainless steel one from the fiero store got my engine all apart mine as well do it now

You can buy AN adapter fittings for the fuel rail block. I've done it and used these SS braided/ AN fittings:
Fitting, Straight, AN Flare to Metric, Aluminum, -6 AN to 16mm x 1.5 Male
Fitting, Straight, AN Flare to Metric, Aluminum, -6 AN to 14mm x 1.5 O-Ring
Adapter Fitting; Power Steering Adapter; Anodized; -6 AN Male To 5/8 in.-18 O-Ring Seal ( believe this fits the gas filter)

Don't quote me on the above but these are commonly used for fuel injection SS hose AN connections
