It’s a high temp wrinkle black paint. I think it was made by dupli-color.

I also pulled the fuel tank. I should have time tomorrow to install the pump and build the rest of the fuel system.

Today I wrapped the shift cables and throttle cable with heat tape. Painted some brackets also. I got the new fuel pump installed and the fuel lines modified. Started making the 6an fuel lines. The tank is back in the car. The plan this week is to install the firewall insulation and work on the wiring harness. If I get that done the engine will go in!

Tired of me yet? Today I installed the firewall insulation, installed the fuel filter and mostly finished the fuel lines. Only a couple more things to do then it’s engine install time!
