Installed the new engine wire harness and all new engine sensors today. Still doesn’t want to start. Will start for a few seconds and die. If I spray starting fluid in the throttle it will idle. I replaced the fuel filter and took apart the fuel injector to clean it. Put it all back together with no luck. Thinking I have a fuel pressure/volume issue so I’ll drop the tank next. Going to get a new pump and sock since the tank is coming back out. The tank of gas I drained was 7 years old. Will be later this week before I drop the tank.

Dropped the fuel tank and found the rubber line between the pump and line out was split. New piece of fuel line and we’re back in business. Just took it for a spin around the neighborhood and it runs great!

Looks like your Tach may be out of calibration..... reading 1500 at idle.

Could be. It does idle a little high I think.

Replaced the front brake calipers, hoses and shocks today. Well still have to replace the left hose. Need some tools from work to get it loose so I’ll replace it and bleed brakes tomorrow. Tried to clean the right front wheel a bit better too.
